Includes:

  • Free initial consultation
  • 2 prenatal visits(more if needed)

  • Meeting with your care provider if desired
  • Unlimited phone consultations continually throughout pregnancy and postpartum
  • 24 hour on-call availability during your due date range (4 weeks)
  • Continuous birth support
  • Pain relieving techniques during labor
  • Visualization techniques during labor
  • Use of different equipment for laboring
  • 2 Postpartum visits

 

Rates:

Professional Doula Service $300-$400

Payment by check, credit card, Chase Quick Pay, Paypal. Payment arrangements can be made at first prenatal visit.

 

Birth and Bereavement Package

Includes:

  • Free initial Consultation.
  • Two prenatal visits, one of which can be a visit with you to your doctor’s appointment.
  • Birth Plan Preparation.
  • Constant access by phone, text, and email once a contract is signed.
  • Full labor support until delivery.
  • Birth photos (I am not a photographer, but I will capture photos as I can.)
  • USB flash drive of photos.
  • Extended time postpartum to assist with making prints, molds, photos, bathing baby, dressing baby, and more.
  • Assistance with family and friend introductions.
  • Assistance with sibling introductions.
  • One postpartum visit within 5 days after delivery.
  • Extended postpartum support by phone, text, and email.
  • Lactation Resources.
  • Postpartum Resources.
  • Grief Support.
  • Grief Resources.
  • Accompany you to the Funeral home to make arrangements

I understand that sometimes things happen that are unexpected. For those of you experiencing a stillbirth, fetal anomaly, a miscarriage, or a needed & unwanted pregnancy termination I will come to you as soon as possible. This includes emotional, physical and informational support, as well as companionship, emotional support and assistance,  24/7 access to me via phone/text/email, and care afterwards. This could also include meal prep, and basic household cleaning. Not to mention referrals to local resources and help you get in contact with a photographer at Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep if you choose to want one.

Rates:

Donations only. I do not charge for my bereavement services.

 

Postpartum Services

Includes:

  • Breastfeeding Counseling/Latch And Positioning Help
  • Understanding Baby Cues
  • Diapering and Baby Care Sibling
  •  Support
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Errands
  • Resources & Referrals (massage, acupuncture, support groups, pediatric chiropractors, green baby goods,
    etc.)
  • Non judgmental support for family
  • Organize the home and nursery
  • Take care of baby’s laundry
  • Sleeping solutions and how to get enough sleep in the first weeks
  • Help create a nurturing & quiet environment for the family
  • Assist the family by organizing offers of help from friends and extended family to create a structured flow of help
  • Care for baby when parents want to shower, nap, or spend some special time with older child(ren)
  • Hands-on education for infant and mama care
  • Prepare pump supplies or bottles
  • Babywearing assistance, education, and demonstrations
  • Caring for mama as she recovers from birth
  • Processing the birth experience
  • Soothing Baby

 

Rates:

$30/hr with a 3 hour minimum. Total hours does not all have to be in one day. I can come multiple days during the first 6 weeks postpartum.

 

Breastfeeding Support

Includes:

  • engorgement/milk production issues
  • pain while nursing
  • positioning
  • latch
  • baby-weight gain
  • feeding cues
  • pumping
  • return-to-work plans and weaning

 

Rates:

$30/hour.
